Located in the heart of Greenwich Village, this new six-story multifamily with ground floor retail provided a rare opportunity to contribute to the architectural fabric of the historic New York neighborhood. While paying homage to the native masonry buildings, the design incorporates contemporary brickwork and detailing for a distinctive yet timeless elegance.
Working with Meltzer/Mandl Architects, the proposal gained unanimous approval from the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission.
